Abstract

Photoinduced Sulfonylation of Cyclic Ethers. -A novel method for the synthesis of -sulfonylated cyclic ethers by a photoinduced reaction with sulfonyl chlorides is presented. Ambroxide (VI) reacts with high diastereoselectivity under these conditions.
