Abstract: Die Phosphorylierung des 2‐Mercaptobenzthiazols (I) durch Amide und Ester der phosphorigen Säure (IIa)‐(IIc) erfolgt ausschließlich am Schwefelatom in 2‐Stellung, wobei die Benzthiazolyl‐thiophosphite (IIIa)‐(IIIc) entstehen.
