Abstract: The N‐(2‐chloroethyl)‐N',N''‐diarylphosphoric triamides (I) undergo base‐induced phase‐transfer‐catalyzed cyclization, forming the N‐phosphorylaziridines (II), together with the diazaphospholidines (III).
