ChemInform Abstract: PHARMACOMODULATION OF THE BENZOXAZOLINONE MODEL BY ARYL‐PIPERAZINE STRUCTURE

Abstract

Die Verbindungen (I) (n: 1) wurden durch Mannich‐Reaktionen der entsprechenden N‐Aryl‐piperazine mit Formaldehyd und den entsprechenden Benzoxazolinonen die Verbindungen (I) (n: 2, 3) durch Kondensation der entsprechenden 1‐(2‐Chlorethyl)‐ bzw. 1‐(3‐Chlorpropyl)‐4‐arylpiperazine und Benzoxazolinone dargestellt (Ausb. 35‐96%).
