Abstract: Novel Agents Effective Against Solid Tumors:The Diarylsulfonylureas.Synthesis, Activities, and Analysis of Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationships.-About 140 diarylsulfonylureas such as (III), (VI), or (X) are prepared by the three synthetic routes outlined in the reaction scheme.
