Abstract

New Tetrahydronaphthalene Derivatives as Combined ThromboxaneReceptor Antagonists and Thromboxane Synthase Inhibitors.-A known reaction sequence containing Stille coupling reaction is applied to the preparation of novel title compounds (V). Derivatives with longer acidic chains can be prepared by treatment with substituted triphenylphosphonium halides, e.g. (VI).
