ChemInform Abstract: New Synthetic Route to (1R)‐cis‐(‐)‐Permethrin, (1R)‐cis‐(+)‐Cypermethrin and (1R)‐cis‐(+)‐Deltamethrin (Decis) from (+)‐3‐Carene.

Abstract: A method for the synthesis of (1R)‐cis‐(‐)‐permethrin (VII) is described, starting from (+)‐3‐carene (I).
