ChemInform Abstract: New Aminocarboxamides with Class III Anti‐Arrhythmic Activity.

Abstract: carboxylic amidescarboxylic amides (benzene compounds) Q 0490 -081New Aminocarboxamides with Class III Anti-Arrhythmic Activity.-The synthesis of new aminocarboxamides (I) (44 examples) and their efficacy on the action potential duration and the effective refractory period in vitro are described. Anti-arrhythmic and pro-arrhythmic effects are determined in several animal models in comparison with standard drugs. -(SCHINDLER, RUDOLF; ET AL.; Arch.

“…The next step was to use the Garfield++ program [6] to simulate the electron avalanche parameters in the investigated detector. First, by means of the Heed program [7] integrated with Garfield++, the distribution of the number of primary electrons generated due to absorption (photoelectric effect) of X-rays with energy 5.9 keV (energy of 55 Fe calibration source), which then become the source of the avalanche in the detector, was calculated.…”
