Abstract

Modified Sol-Gel Process for the Preparation of BaTiO 3 and PbTiO 3 Ferroelectric Films.-A modified method involving elements of sol-gel processes for the preparation of the title titanate ferroelectric films by decomposition of organo-metal precursors is developed.
