Abstract:Gold Nanoclusters Reductively Deposited on Porous Silicon: Morphology and Electronic Structures. -Reduction of [AuCl 4 ] − ions in aqueous solutions by porous silicon results in the deposition of gold nanoparticles onto the porous silicon surface. The dimension (10-100 nm) of the deposited Au aggregates can be controlled by varying the experimental conditions.
