Abstract: Die an einem Kationenaustauscher (Partikelgröße 0,2‐0,9 mm) vollzogene direkte Hydratation von Propylen (I) in einer Dampf‐(Propylen)‐Flüssigkeit‐(Wasser)‐Phase wird bei der Deutschen Texaco AG seit Mai 1972 durchgeführt.
