Abstract: Das durch Umsetzung von o‐Phenylendiacetylchlorid (I) mit überschüssigem 3,3‐Pentamethylendiaziridin (II) erhältliche Diaziridin (III) isomerisiert in siedendem Benzol quantitativ zum Benzoazepindion (IV), in Gegenwart von Triäthylaminhydrochlorid unter den gleichen Bedingungen zum Tetrahydrobenzodiazocindion (V).
