ChemInform Abstract: ANTIINFLAMMATORY PHENYLACETIC ACID DERIVATIVES. III. 4‐CYCLOHEXYLPHENYLACETIC C ACID OXYGENATED DERIVATIVES

Abstract: Ausgehend von den 4‐Acyl‐phenylalkansäureestern (I) werden nach angegebener Reihenfolge die Cyclohexenyl‐Derivate (VI) dargestellt, von denen (VIa) bzw. (VIb) über die Produkte (VIIa) bzw. (VIIb) und (VIIIa) bzw. (VIIIb) in die Ketone (IXa) bzw. (IXb) übergeführt werden; aus (IXb) wird durch Grignardierung (IXc) gewonnen.
