Abstract: Anomalous Behavior of the Superconducting Transition Temperature and Width in the Tl-Ba-Ca-Cu-O System in Dependence on the Metal Oxides Concentration. -Thallium containing cuprate ceramics of the general composition TlBa 2 Ca 2 Cu 3 O 9 alloyed with different amounts of metal oxides (MgO, Ta 2 O 5 , HfO 2 , V 2 O 5 , as well as MgO/BaF 2 ) are synthesized. The presence of BaF 2 allows the introduction of metal oxide without significant changes of the superconducting properties. Width and transition temp. vary… Show more
