Abstract:Difluorbromphosphin (I) reagiert mit frisch sublimiertem Bis‐(trifluormethylthio)‐ quecksilber (II) bei Raumtemperatur in guter Ausbeute zu Trifluormethylthiodi= fluorphosphin (III), das sich mit Sauerstoff bei ‐78°C zu Trifluormethylthiophosphoryl difluorid (IV) oxidieren läßt. Auch die Difluorphosphine (V) lassen sich mit Sauenstoff bei ‐78°C in guter Ausbeute zu den entsprechenden Phosphorylverbindungen (VI) oxidieren.
