Abstract

Fused pyridine derivatives R 0450Aminomethylation of Lithiated Nicotinamide: Access to New Pyridolactams. -Lithiated nicotinamide and cyanomethylamines undergo tandem aminomethylation-cyclization reaction to provide the desired heterocyclic skeleton.
