Abstract: Die Alkylierung von Phenol (I) mit Octen‐(l) (II) (Molverhältnis wie 2 : 1) am Alumosilikatkontakt bei 230°C liefert überwiegend das sek‐Octylphenol (III), daneben das p‐Isomere dieser Verbindung und Di‐sek.‐octylphenole.
