Abstract

Nucleosides as a Novel Scaffold for Potent anti-HCV Agents. -Carbocyclic nucleoside analogues such as (XI) are prepared via a ring-closing metathesis of intermediate (III) and spirocyclopropanation of enone (V) as key steps.
