Abstract

1999 pharmacology, medicinal chemistry, vaccines, serums pharmacology, medicinal chemistry, vaccines, serums V 1100 01 -244 2-Amino-2-oxazolines. Part 9. Synthesis and Pharmacological Evaluation of N-Phenyl-N'-[1-[3-(1-aryl-4-piperazinyl)propan-2-ol]]ureas. -The title ureas (I) are screened for antiallergic and analgesic activities. The ureas (Ia)-(Ic) demonstrate potent antiallergic activities while (Ib) and (Id) exhibit a significant dose-dependant analgesic action with an activity almost comparable with that of aspirin. -(BOSC, J.
