ChemInform Abstract: 1‐Substituted 5‐Dialkylaminomethyl‐1,5,6,7‐tetrahydroindazol‐4‐ones with Antiinflammatory and Analgesic Activity.

Abstract: The Mannich bases (III) and (IV) are prepared by heating the indazolones (I), paraformaldehyde and the hydrochlorides (II) of secondary amines.
