Chemical Synthesis of Interleukin‐2 and Disulfide Stabilizing Analogues

Abstract: Chemical protein synthesis allows the construction of well-defined structural variations and facilitates the development of deeper understanding of protein structure-function relationships and new protein engineering strategies.
