Chemical Mechanical Planarization-Related to Contaminants: Their Sources and Characteristics

Abstract: Chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) process has been widely used to planarize a variety of materials including dielectrics, metal, and semiconductors in Si-based semiconductor devices.
