Chemical Constituents (Proximate, Minerals, Bioactive Compounds) of Pea [Pisum sativum (L.)] Shells

Abstract: Background: Peas are preserved by freezing in pea processing industries because of seasonal limitations; there is a vast amount of pea peels as solid waste generated.
