Chemical Constituents From the Seeds of Annona Reticulata L. In Vietnam

Abstract: In the present study, the chemical investigation of the seeds of A. reticulata L. (Annonaceae) in Vietnam has resulted in the identification of four known compounds, including two triterpenoids (rotundic acid (1), pedunculoside (2)), and two phenolic compounds (eleutheroside B (3), sinapaldehyde glucoside (4). Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis, including homonuclear and heteronuclear correlation NMR ( 1 H-NMR, 13 C-NMR, COSY, HSQC, and HMBC) experiments.
