Abstract:In the present study, the chemical investigation of the seeds of A. reticulata L. (Annonaceae) in Vietnam has resulted in the identification of four known compounds, including two triterpenoids (rotundic acid (1), pedunculoside (2)), and two phenolic compounds (eleutheroside B (3), sinapaldehyde glucoside (4). Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis, including homonuclear and heteronuclear correlation NMR ( 1 H-NMR, 13 C-NMR, COSY, HSQC, and HMBC) experiments.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
