Chemical Constituents, Antibacterial Activity and Mode of Action of Elephant Ginger (Zingiber officinale var. officinale) and Emprit Ginger Rhizome (Zingiber officinale var. amarum) Essential Oils

Abstract: Isolation of essential oil The isolation of essential oils was conducted using water and steam distillation method for 3 hours, and both samples were then stored in the refrigerator prior to further analysis.
