Chemical Compositions and Antioxidative Activities of Sweet Potato Foliages Harvested by the Cultivation Period and Tips Location

Abstract: The foliage of sweet potato [Impomoea batatas (L.) Lam] is an excellent source of food material due to the functional components of polyphenol and carotenoid.
