Chemical analysis and Vickers hardness of orthodontic mini-implants

Abstract: Orthodontic mini-implants are used in clinical practice to provide efficient and aesthetically-pleasing anchorage. Aim: To evaluate the hardness (Vickers hardness) and chemical composition of miniimplant titanium alloys from five commercial brands.
