Abstract: These gentlemen evidently do not agree with Prof. Eaw upon the above point. Even if we as¬ sume that the disease is more common than it is supposed to be, such facts as are set forth in this paper concerning• it, in its relation to scarlatina, have never been noticed or commented upon, and to my mind are not affected by the statement that scarlatina is very prevalent in Great Britain.
