Abstract: Introduction Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) infections are a serious threat to public health. Vancomycin (VAN) remains the primary treatment for these infections, and achieving the recommended area under the curve (AUC) target has been linked to improved clinical outcomes.
