Characterizing Aptamers with Reconfigurable Chiral Plasmonic Assemblies

Abstract: Aptamers have emerged as versatile affinity ligands and as promising alternatives to protein antibodies. However, the inconsistency in the reported affinities and specificities of aptamers has greatly hindered the development of aptamer-based applications.
