Characterizing a Naturalistic Decision-Making Phenomenon

Abstract: We describe a phenomenon viewed through the conceptual lens of a naturalistic decision making perspective: a loss of system resilience, due to increased difficulty in performing macrocognition functions, associated with the implementation of new information technology.
