Characterization of Several West Georgian Autochthonous Grapes and Their Wine Stilbenes

Abstract: The present study was conducted to determine the content of Stilbenes in the several autochthonous West Georgian grapes and wines. Stilbenes were analyzed using HPLC-UV samples and were prepared using resin (amberlite XAD2) column, C18 Cartridge Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) Waters Sep-Pak C18 (500 mg).
