Abstract: Growth-promoting endophytic bacteria possess substantial potential for sustainable agriculture. Here, we isolated an endophytic bacterium, Pseudomonas sp. En3, from the leaf endosphere of Populus tomentosa and demonstrated its significant growth-promoting effects on both poplar and tomato seedlings.
