Characterization of Phosphatidylcholine Oxidation Products by MALDI MSn

Abstract: Phospholipid oxidation has been implicated in the pathogenesis and progression of numerous age-related and neurodegenerative diseases. Despite these implications, this broad class of biomolecules remains poorly characterized.
