Abstract:Leukocyte alkaline phosphatase (LAP) from cord blood was characterized by means of acrylamide gel disc electrophoresis, eneuraminidase sensitivity, heat inactivation, L-phenylalanine and L-homoargÍnine in hibition and EDTA inactivation.
