Characterization of Liposomal Tacrolimus in Lung Surfactant-like Phospholipids and Evaluation of Its Immunosuppressive Activity

Abstract: Tacrolimus (FK506) is a hydrophobic immunosuppressive agent that rapidly penetrates the plasmatic membrane and inhibits the signal transduction cascade of T lymphocytes.
