Abstract:We have investigated the effects of the methylammonium bromide (MABr) content of the precursor solution on the properties of wide-bandgap methylammonium lead tribromide (MAPbBr3) perovskite solar cells (PSCs). In addition, the anti-solvent process for fabricating MAPbBr3 perovskite thin films was optimized. The MAPbBr3 precursor was prepared by dissolving MABr and lead bromide (PbBr2) in N,N-dimethylformamide and N,N-dimethyl sulfoxide. Chlorobenzene (CB) was used as the anti-solvent. We found that both the mo… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
