Characterization of Hydrogenated Amorphous Silicon Using Infrared Spectroscopy and Ellipsometry Measurements

Abstract: We described the primary mixed compositions of hydrogenated amorphous silicon on the surface of glass (7059) in this chapter and distinguished them optically by combining the outcomes of infrared spectroscopy and ellipsometric tests.
