Abstract:Cascaded arc plasma has been widely applied in linear plasma devices (LPDs) to produce high flux plasma for the study of plasma-material interaction. In this work, cascaded arc He plasma produced in an LPD with a compact arrangement is investigated by voltammetry and optical emission spectroscopy (OES).
