Characterization of Banana Peel Pectin (Musa acuminata Colla) as a Potential Halal Pharmaceutical Excipient

Abstract: Indonesian Halal Product Assurance Law No. 33 of 2014 states all products circulating in Indonesia must be halal-certified, including pharmaceuticals.
