Characterization of Andean Blueberry in Bioactive Compounds, Evaluation of Biological Properties and <em>in vitro</em> Bioaccessibility

Abstract: Andean blueberries are wild berries grown and consumed in Ecuador which contain high values of bioactive compounds, mainly anthocyanins, with powerful antioxidant activity.
