Characterization and molecular evolution analysis of Periploca forrestii inferred from its complete chloroplast genome sequence

Abstract: <i>Periploca forrestii</i>, a medicinal plant of the family Apocynaceae, is known as an effective and widely used clinical prescription for the treatment of rheumatoid diseases.
