“…Deep geological repositories (DGRs) have been constructed all over the world for disposal of high-level radioactive waste and spent nuclear fuel, which has been widely accepted to be the safest way of long-term isolation and containment of such waste materials (Apted and Ahn, 2017;Feiveson et al, 2011).
