Characterization A Novel Antimicrobial Nano Composite Edible Film Based on Salvia Macrosiphon

Abstract: This work aimed to develop a nano edible antimicrobial coating based on Salvia macrosiphon seed mucilage (SSM) and nanoclay, incorporated with glycerol to evaluate its physical properties.
