Characteristics of the nucleotide composition and de novo structure of 28S rRNA gene of intestinal flukes (Echinostomatidae) and genetic distance among species (suborder Echinostomata)
Abstract:The family Echinostomatidae includes four genera, Echinostoma, Hypoderaeum, Echinoparyphium, and Artyfechinostomum, which are of public epidemiological and pathogenic importance. The morphological similarity of species requires differentiating methods, and the use of molecular genetic markers is mainly encountered. The 28S rRNA gene sequence in the family Echinostomatidae is an important marker for the analysis of the interspecies and phylogenetic relationships. However, information about the structure and com… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
