AbstractPurpose -While the prior research suggests that leadership has important influences on IT acceptance and use, there has been little empirical investigation that identifies the specific managerial behaviors associated with adoption success. This study attempts to address this issue by exploring the influence of empowering leadership on knowledge management system (KMS) adoption through its effects on task-technology fit and compatibility. Design/methodology/approach -To test the proposed research model, data were collected through a questionnaire survey sent to IT managers of 500 large companies in Taiwan. Findings -The results show that empowering leadership has an indirect effect on KMS usage. Empowering leadership was positively related to both task-technology fit and compatibility, which in turn were both positively related to usage of KMS. Research limitations/implications -There are two limitations to this study, requiring further examination and additional research. First, the sample was drawn from Taiwanese organizations. Hence, the research model should be tested further using samples from other countries, because cultural differences may exist between Taiwan and other countries. Second, this study obtained just 151 completed questionnaires for a 30.2 percent response rate. The limited number of respondents in the survey also causes concern. As a larger sample that brings more statistical power can provide more stable and consistent results, the study should be verified with a larger sample to increase generalization. Practical implications -This study suggests that practitioners should not only focus on the technology issue (i.e. providing suitable knowledge to meet user needs and accruing high compatibility with user working style), but also be concerned with the impact of leadership style. Managers should consider how to empower subordinates appropriately, a decision that can indeed facilitate the development of an environment where employees participate in knowledge management activities more spontaneously. Digital library is wide range of collection of files and data which are well organized, searched well that helps in retrieving the content which are contained in the collection. Globally there are various platforms which are offering digital library services and those services are gone through the complex process of organization of contents. This research aims to explore the user preferences for the content organization in the world of digital libraries. The purpose of the study is not only to explore different latest documents or entertainment material but also in order to gain access of various rare content which are mostly not physically presents in today’s market. The US and South Korea are those countries where the most of the users uses the e-book contents as their primary source with eBook market cap in US is $5,254.00m in 2023. The most preference choices of the most preferred digital library content is the EBook segment and Romance eBooks & Mystery eBooks are the most sold. This study has performed to explore the use preference for content organization in digital library and its popular preferences. With the help of data collected form peered journal literature sources and information has elaborated within the study in order to gain an empirical idea on the topic and brings forth most effective output result from the entire study. A secondary qualitative process has used to gather relevant source of data within the study and thematic analysis assists to represent most-suited output result within the study. Hence, the study has provided a comprehensive idea into user preferences for content organization in digital libraries.

Humanity development through education is an important method of sustainable development. This guarantees community development at present time without any negative effects in the future and also provides prosperity for future generations. E-learning is a natural development of the educational tools in this era and current circumstances. Thanks to the rapid development of computer sciences and telecommunication technologies, this has evolved impressively. In spite of facilitating the educational process, this development has also provided a massive amount of learning resources, which makes the task of searching and extracting useful learning resources difficult. Therefore, new tools need to be advanced to facilitate this development. In this paper we present a new algorithm that has the ability to extract the main topics from textual learning resources, link related resources and generate interactive dynamic knowledge graphs. This algorithm accurately and efficiently accomplishes those tasks no matter how big or small the texts are. We used Wikipedia Miner, TextRank, and Gensim within our algorithm. Our algorithm’s accuracy was evaluated against Gensim, largely improving its accuracy. This could be a step towards strengthening self-learning and supporting the sustainable development of communities, and more broadly of humanity, across different generations.
