Abstract:Background:
Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is a clinical diagnosis involving numerous confirmatory diagnostic tools, including patient questionnaires, ultrasound (US), and electrodiagnostic studies (EDX.) Patients may experience clinical symptoms of CTS with false negative diagnostic testing.
