Characteristics of DBD micro-discharge at different pressure and its effect on the performance of oxygen plasma reactor

Abstract: The oxygen plasma reactor based on dielectric barrier discharge principle can produce a high concentration of reactive oxygen species, which can cooperate with hydraulic cavitation gas-liquid mixer to realize the application of advanced oxidation technology in water treatment.
