Fashionable FMCG clothing brands have emerged in large numbers, and fast fashionable and personalized clothing is increasingly favored by young people. In this era of rapid renewal, clothing has obviously become a fast moving consumer good. China’s textile industry continues to develop, and the speed of development accelerates, coupled with the introduction and promotion of the use of Western textile technology, making the pattern design of Chinese textiles develop more quickly. The long-term disconnection between product pattern design and product production has led to the fact that the research on product pattern has been only on the plane, so there is an urgent need to improve the design level of product pattern and the market competitiveness of products through systematic research on product pattern. Newton’s iteration is an important research content of nonlinear theory, which is a hot spot in the field of scientific research at present. Newton’s iteration is a common method for finding the roots of nonlinear equations, which has at least second-order convergence speed, but requires the calculation of first-order derivative values. In this paper, a preliminary discussion on the design method of pattern design based on Newton’s iterative algorithm is conducted to explore a new way of personalized pattern design while using nonlinear graphs as pattern design materials. The experimental results show that the average value of EME of Newton’s iteration algorithm is 3.479 and 2.072 higher than that of AVG Filter and CB Filter, respectively, and the difference of pattern generation accuracy between CB Filter and AVG Filter is not much, so the accuracy of Newton’s iteration algorithm for pattern generation is better than that of CB Filter and AVG Filter. Therefore, it is proved that it is feasible to transform the special texture effect based on Newton’s iteration algorithm into fabric.

Preschool education is the beginning of lifelong learning, an important part of the national educational system, and an important social welfare undertaking. At the same time, as an important public service, preschool education is an important task to realize the adjustment of income redistribution to ensure that its financial investment is in line with fairness. Since 2010, the preschool educational policy in China has clearly been tilted toward rural areas and poverty-stricken areas in the central and western regions. Based on the 2010–2020 China Education Statistical Yearbook data, this study monitors and measures the completion of the formal goals put forward in the policy document and evaluates the effectiveness of the policy based on the comparison of the development levels of preschool education in urban areas, townships, and rural areas in China. The results show that under the effect of preferential policies, preschool educational resources at the township level in China have rapidly expanded and the level of popularization has improved; the number of township kindergarten teachers has been supplemented, and the educational level has been significantly improved. But at the same time, it is found that the advantages of inclusive preschool educational resources in areas with preferential policies are not obvious; inclusive preschool educational resources are obviously insufficient; and the proportion of children studying in private kindergartens is increasing year by year. The number of kindergarten teachers is still in short supply, and the ratio of students to teachers in rural kindergartens is much higher than in urban areas. The gap in teacher levels is still very large.

In the process of its own development, Internet new media has gradually derived new media art, which is different from traditional art forms, with the mixture of sound, light, and electricity as the form of expression and the Internet as the media. The wide spread of new media art depends very much on the development of the Internet. In the early stage, the audience of new media is not wide, such as Tianya Forum and Sina blog. It is only for information exchange and communication with people who use the computer Internet. At the same time, the content shared is limited to words and pictures. When the computer Internet began to popularize and the mobile network terminal began to develop, new media art immediately sprouted. Starting from instant messaging, Tencent QQ integrates the strengths of all kinds of new media and promotes the further development of new media art. Standing at the juncture of 2022, after more than ten years of continuous innovation and development, the expression terminal has come from the computer to the mobile phone we use every day. The media has quickly entered the 5 g network from 2G and 3G networks, and the communication path and time have been quite flexible. In addition, AI (artificial intelligence) and other intelligent technologies have begun to enter people’s daily life. The combination of intelligent technology and new media art has brought new media art into another period of transformation and sublimation. This paper will discuss that in the current environment where intelligent technology has begun to be popularized in people’s daily life, new media art achieves the result of ecological reconstruction by innovating and deepening its own characteristics in combination with intelligent technology.
