Characteristics of boys and girls in the most superior and inferior groups on physical fitness with progress of bipolarization of physical fitness level

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to make clear the characteristics of physical fitness and life-style of boys and girls in the most superior and inferior groups on physical fitness level. About 29,000 boys and girls were measured their physical fitness and motor performances, body height and body weight and were also estimated the levels of physical activities, frequency of breakfast intake, sleeping hours and watching TV hours.
